The Taste of Sicily
In Sicily, just a few kilometres from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, grows a product that can rightfully be considered a masterpiece of Italian agriculture: Canicattì PGI Table Grapes.

The PGI recognition requires compliance with strict production rules that define specific essential characteristics.
- Bunches: medium to large, conical-pyramidal in shape, moderately loose, without “shot berries,” with uniform size, shape and colour, harmoniously developed stems, and lignified peduncles.
- Berries: medium-large, spheroidal or ellipsoidal; firm and crisp flesh, sweet flavour with a delicate
- Muscat aroma and a pleasant taste profile.
- Skin colour: from pale yellow to straw-yellow with golden hues; slight brown speckling may be present.
Sugar level: not less than 17° Brix.
La raccolta
Harvesting is carried out once the qualitative and organoleptic characteristics specified in Article 2 of this production specification are achieved.
